Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
Cancel your paid ConvertPalms subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
2. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for partial periods. We will, however, consider a pro-rated refund if:
- A material defect made the Service unusable for your use case and we could not fix it within 14 days of you reporting the issue;
- You were charged in duplicate or by accident;
- Required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

3. EU / UK consumer right of withdrawal
EU/UK consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service in the 14-day period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed.
4. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension while we investigate.
