Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This AUP applies to everyone using ConvertPalms. It supplements our Terms of Service. Breaching the AUP is a breach of those Terms and may result in suspension, termination, removal of content, and notification of authorities where required.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use ConvertPalms to generate, store, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal under the law of any jurisdiction in which the content is created or used;
- Is fraudulent (including fake invoices intended to deceive customers, banks, or tax authorities);
- Misrepresents the identity of the issuer or the recipient;
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual-property right;
- Discloses the personal data of others without a lawful basis;
- Constitutes deceptive practices, money-laundering, or sanctions evasion.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service except under a documented bug-bounty program;
- Circumventing rate limits or interfering with security or authentication;
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code except where permitted by law;
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our prior written consent;
- Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) to consume the Service in ways that disadvantage other users.
4. Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness of the violation we may warn you, remove the content, suspend or terminate your account, or report the matter to authorities.
